Our story
A new standard for Rochester roofing
Doing right by the customer, every single time.
How we got here
Why this company exists
The problem
Roofing is full of skilled tradespeople. What homeowners tell us they want more of is the other half of the job: a straight answer on the phone, a crew that shows up when it said it would, and someone who owns the outcome.
The partnership
A history of family trade mastery and successful roofing jobs, updated with systems, technology and a hands-on approach built to maximize customer satisfaction. From that, JD PM Renovations was born.
Today
A locally owned roofing company pairing real craftsmanship with fast, transparent, technology-driven service, and pricing the work honestly, quoted upfront from exact measurements so the number you agree to is the number you pay.
Core values
HONESTY · ACCOUNTABILITY · CRAFTSMANSHIP
Honesty
If a repair is the right call, we say so. If an option is wrong for your home, we will talk you out of it, even when the bigger job pays us more.
Accountability
The owners are on the job and reachable throughout. We own the entire process, and we are still here after the final invoice.
Craftsmanship
A history of family trade mastery, updated with modern systems and technology. Every layer installed to manufacturer spec.
